Welcome to Beverley Psychology!

My name is Dr Dan Southall. I am a clinical psychologist working in Beverley and the surrounding areas. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychological therapy for adults facing a range of psychological and emotional issues.

I can offer therapy face-to-face from comfortable rooms on the outskirts of Beverley, East Yorkshire, or you can access sessions online if you wish.

I have over 10 years of experience working in the NHS with adults with mental health difficulties, for part of this time leading a psychology team for adults with complex emotional needs. 

In addition to psychological therapy, I have expertise in providing bespoke training on a range of topics related to psychology and mental health. I can also offer clinical and professional supervision for psychologists, mental health professionals, and therapists. 

If you are struggling with your thoughts and feelings, have times where you feel overwhelmed, or things just don't feel right or normal, you might benefit from some time exploring things. I can help you make sense of your experiences and we can build an understanding together.
