My Approach

A calm, compassionate approach to psychological therapy.

Every person is different. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative and tailored to your individual needs, helping us make sense of your experiences and work towards meaningful, lasting change.

Working together, at your pace.

Throughout my career I have worked with people experiencing high levels of emotional distress and psychological trauma. My aim is to offer a safe, calm and compassionate space where we can make sense of your difficulties together and work towards lasting change.

Therapy isn't about telling you what to do. It's about understanding your experiences, exploring what matters most to you and finding an approach that feels right for you. Every piece of work we do together is guided by your goals, your values and your individual circumstances.

Tailored Therapy

Evidence-based therapy, tailored to you.

My work is primarily informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), alongside other evidence-based approaches where appropriate.

Rather than following a one-size-fits-all model, I adapt therapy to suit your needs, ensuring we work in a way that feels both supportive and effective.
