Getting Started

Practice Information.

Everything you need to know before your first appointment, including fees, appointments and session information.

Session Fee

£140 per 50-minute session. Reduced fees may be available for sessions booked in blocks.

Appointments

I believe therapy works best when we meet weekly at the same time, as this provides consistency and helps build momentum throughout the therapeutic process. If you require greater flexibility, I will always do my best to accommodate this where possible.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, please give as much notice as possible. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full session fee. This policy applies to holidays, illness and any other commitments.

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday: 10:00am - 4:30pm
